What this site records

The site records the business category and city you search for. If you continue, it records your name, business email address, target country, city, state or province, and target industry or business type. It can also record your answer about how you get local-business lists today.

Ordinary attribution and other URL query parameters supplied with your visit are copied into the field named utm and sent with the search, waitlist entry, and follow-up answer. Vercel access-control parameters are excluded.

How the records are used

The records are used to evaluate this experimental waitlist, understand which business lists people request, connect the stages of a submission, and measure where visits came from.

Joining the waitlist does not trigger an automatic email.

How records are handled

Vercel hosts the site and processes ordinary browser, request, and network information needed to deliver and protect it. Search, waitlist entry, and follow-up records are sent through the site to n8n for durable storage.

In local development only, the site can write records to local JSONL files when the capture webhook is not configured. A Vercel deployment refuses submissions when durable capture is unavailable.

The Meta pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads scripts each load only when that service’s existing site identifier is configured. When loaded, those services receive ordinary browser and network information under their own terms.

A configured Meta pixel records PageView when the page loads and the site attempts a Lead event after an accepted waitlist entry. Microsoft Clarity can record site interactions, with the email and follow-up regions marked for masking. Google Ads records the page activity configured for its tag.

Retention and deletion

Search, waitlist, and follow-up records are kept while this waitlist experiment is running, and for up to twelve months after it ends. They are deleted after that.

To see or delete the records held about you, email hello@rosterlead.xyz. Requests are actioned within thirty days.

Analytics and advertising scripts load on every visit rather than behind a consent prompt. This site is aimed at visitors in the United States and Canada, and is not directed at visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
